WE ARE HIRING – Travel Operations & Sales Executive
Location: Lekki / Ajah, Lagos (Onsite)

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦220,000 Monthly
Commission: Up to 5% of net profit per trip (capped)
Performance Bonus: Quarterly revenue and service-based incentives
About the Role
We are hiring a commercially driven Travel Operations & Sales Executive to own the end-to-end design, sale, and flawless execution of leisure and corporate travel experiences.
This role is ideal for a travel professional who combines:

You will be responsible for turning inquiries into confirmed bookings, managing seamless trip fulfillment, and driving repeat business through exceptional travel delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Travel Design & Sales Execution
• Design tailored travel solutions aligned with client needs, budgets, and timelines
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative selling
• Upsell premium experiences, VIP packages, and value-added services
• Drive repeat bookings and improve trip profitability
• Manage client communication from inquiry to post-trip follow-up
Bookings & Travel Operations
• Handle accurate flight and hotel bookings
• Manage visa advisory and documentation guidance
• Coordinate airport pickups, tours, transfers, and concierge experiences
• Ensure seamless itinerary planning and vendor coordination
• Deliver flawless travel execution across all touchpoints
Corporate Client Management
• Onboard and manage corporate travel accounts
• Handle executive and staff travel logistics
• Build long-term B2B relationships
• Grow account value through repeat business and retention
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate engagements
Issue Resolution & Service Recovery
• Resolve disruptions such as cancellations, visa delays, and hotel issues
• Handle client complaints professionally and proactively
• Ensure fast service recovery while protecting client trust and experience
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, DMCs, embassies, and ground operators
• Negotiate favorable rates and service terms
• Maintain strong external partnerships to support premium delivery

Requirements
Must-Have
• Minimum 3 years experience in travel sales and operations
• Proven ability to close travel deals and convert inquiries
• Strong flight, hotel, and itinerary booking expertise
• Visa advisory and documentation support experience
• Experience managing corporate travel clients
• Strong problem-solving and complaint resolution skills
• Comfortable working with monthly revenue targets
Preferred
• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
• Luxury / VIP travel experience
• Vendor negotiation skills
• Group and executive travel logistics
• CRM proficiency
• Strong objection handling and upselling skills
