Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver customized travel experiences for leisure, corporate, and luxury clients.
- Process visa applications and manage travel documentation end-to-end.
- Build detailed itineraries, coordinate bookings (flights, hotels, tours, transfers), and manage client logistics.
- Convert warm client enquiries into confirmed bookings through expert consultation.
- Provide oversight and support to junior team members.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular activity reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Travel Consultant (non-negotiable).
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
- Strong knowledge of visa requirements, destinations, and travel logistics across key regions (Europe, UAE, Africa).
- Proven ability to convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Experience working in a travel agency or travel environment.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and work under pressure.
