Travel Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and provide suitable travel options based on clients’ needs and budgets.
• Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds in line with company policies.
  
• Promote and sell travel products, including domestic and international flights, hotel accommodation, tours, holiday packages, and visa assistance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with individual travellers, corporate clients, and travel agents.
• Follow up on quotations and pending requests to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Ensure all bookings are accurately processed and comply with company payment and ticketing procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records, booking information, and sales reports.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and cross-selling of travel services.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support before, during, and after travel.
• Meet assigned sales and revenue targets and participate in marketing and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a travel agency, airline, or travel management company is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, customer service, and sales skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Location: Victoria Island 
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 monthly
