Travel Consultant
Job summary
We are looking to hire a Holiday Consultant with 2 - 5 years of experience to sell luxury long-haul destinations, manage VIP clients, create custom itineraries, and meet sales targets. Strong communication, sales, and global travel knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell long-haul destinations, including Europe, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and various African countries, as well as luxury cruises, focusing on VIP clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and craft personalized itineraries.
- Create bespoke travel plans encompassing air travel, accommodations, sightseeing, and ground transportation arrangements.
- Manage a personal sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle queue management and ensure accuracy in daily sales reports.
- Utilize strategic selling techniques to generate targeted sales and achieve high conversion rates.
- Upsell Travelwings' brand offerings and enhance customer experiences through personalized service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in sales and management of long-haul destinations.
- Proven track record in handling luxury destinations and VIP clients.
- Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service.
- Previous experience managing Group Inclusive Tour (GIT) and Fully Independent Travel (FIT) products.
- Strong knowledge of global destinations and world geography.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques and achieving sales targets.
- Motivation to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth initiatives.
