This is an operations role, not a sales role. You own execution end-to-end for flight ticketing on Amadeus, tour package planning, hotel bookings, visa assistance, and post-sale service, including reschedules and refunds.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Book domestic and international flights on Amadeus GDS, including reissues, refunds, and group bookings.
- Plan and execute tour packages across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, working with hotels, DMCs, and local suppliers.
- Book standalone hotel reservations and prepare vouchers.
- Prepare and submit visa applications for UK, US, Canada, Schengen, and other destinations' e-visas
- Process reschedules, cancellations, and refunds accurately and track them through to disbursement.
- Maintain complete, accurate case files for every client engagement.
- Submit a short weekly report on files delivered, files in progress, and files
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Nigerian travel agency in a ticketing, tour operations, or travel consulting role.
- Demonstrable Amadeus GDS proficiency (you will be tested during the interview).
- Hands-on experience planning tour packages to at least two of: Africa, Middle East, Asia.
- Strong written and verbal English.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
