Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training needs, delivery, records, induction and learning evaluation.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, hospitality, education or a related field
- L&D certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience.
Technical Competencies:
- TNA

- Evaluation
- Learning transfer.
- ITF reporting.

Location: Owerri
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 300,000 Monthly
