Job Summary
As a Trainee Accountant you will provide support to the Accountant. As a trainee Accountant you will be supported by the organization with resources and learning tools on your path to becoming a Chartered Accountant. Our Trainee Accountants are expected to be fully qualified Chartered Accountants within three years of working with us.
- Minimum Qualification: HND
- Experience Level: Internship & Graduate
- Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with financial and management accounts preparation for group Accounts
- Assisting with managing client expectations and deadlines
- Assisting with the preparation of personal and business tax returns
- Carrying out bookkeeping activities including journal postings and ledger reconciliations
- Processing client records accurately using accountancy software.
- Preparation of VAT returns and management accounts
