Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve volume targets within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and excellent in-store execution.
- Execute trade promotions, activations, and merchandising initiatives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales and market performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-4years experience in FMCG, Wines and Spirits, Beverages or Consumer goods.
- Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong Communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive market growth.
- Good understanding of retail and distribution channels.
