Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and promote tourism packages, tours, excursions, and travel-related services.
- Assist clients with travel planning, including destination selection, accommodation, transportation, tours, activities, travel agencies, and other tourism service providers.
- Provide customers with accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, costs, itineraries, and available tourism services.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on clients’ needs and budgets
- Follow up with clients and prospective customers to convert enquiries into bookings and sales
- Conduct market research to identify new tourism destinations, trends, products, and business opportunities
- Support marketing and promotional activities for tourism and travel services
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, bookings, payments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of travel and tourism services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve travel-related issues professionally
- Prepare regular reports on tourism activities, sales, customer feedback, and business development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant travel and tourism regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an OND
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
