TikTok Handler

Responsibilities:

• Posting curated TikTok content daily across multiple devices (iPhones provided – bonus points if you already own one)
• Sourcing high-performing images from Pinterest to pair with posts
• Hunting down the right sounds and audio trends to maximise reach on every post
• Monitoring account performance and thinking creatively when things aren't working
• Collaborating with a sharp, fast-moving team and stepping up as a lead if you've got what it takes

Compensation tiers:

• 16 posts/day → ₦100,000/month (Hybrid)
• 24 posts/day → ₦150,000/month (Hybrid)
• 50 posts/day → ₦250,000-₦300,000 a month (Mon–Fri)
• 100 posts/day → ₦500,000-₦600,000/month (Mon–Fri)
• Spreadsheet Checker → ₦200,000/month (Mon–Fri)

Requirements:

• BSc
• Must be able to pick up concepts fast and be a self-starter
• Must live near Mangoro, Ikeja (Dopemu, Iyana Ipaja, Agege, or Egbeda preferred).
• No experience is needed; we provide paid training for two weeks. What we can't teach is hard work and independent thinking.

Screening questions (answer in your cover letter):

• A TikTok account you're managing just isn't moving: low views, low engagement. Walk us through exactly how you'd diagnose and fix it.
• You notice a type of image consistently performing well on other TikTok accounts in a niche similar to yours. What do you do with that information? Be specific.
• Tell us about a time you spotted a problem nobody asked you to fix and fixed it anyway. What happened?
• You encounter an issue with your task. How do you troubleshoot it. How do you figure it out on your own before asking for help? Give a real example if you can.
