Job summary

To provide accurate, efficient, and policy-compliant travel reservations and ticketing services for our corporate clients, ensuring an exceptional traveller experience from booking to completion.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Create and issue tickets for air, rail, hotel, and car rental reservations using the designated GDS (Amadeus) and other airline and hotel booking platforms.
  • Interpret and apply complex client travel policies, fare rules, and supplier contracts.
  • Handle a high volume of email and phone requests from travel desk officers and directly from individual travellers.
  • Manage schedule changes, flight cancellations, re-issues, and refunds promptly and accurately.
  • Proactively monitor PNRs (Passenger Name Records) for potential disruptions and provide alternative solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, visa requirements, and airport security procedures.
  • Ensure the highest standard of data accuracy in all passenger records and documentation.
  • Assist customers in planning all aspects of their corporate/leisure travel by helping them reach their destinations via the best routes at the lowest cost
  • Collaborate with account managers to resolve any service or fulfilment issues.
  • Achieve individual and team targets for accuracy, productivity, and quality service.
  • Advise clients properly on all available options for competitive fares, best routes, airline rules, etc
  • Good client Relationship management skills – Proper client follow-up with high client satisfaction scores


Requirements:

  • Minimum HND
  • 7 years of previous work experience in a similar role
