To provide accurate, efficient, and policy-compliant travel reservations and ticketing services for our corporate clients, ensuring an exceptional traveller experience from booking to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Create and issue tickets for air, rail, hotel, and car rental reservations using the designated GDS (Amadeus) and other airline and hotel booking platforms.
- Interpret and apply complex client travel policies, fare rules, and supplier contracts.
- Handle a high volume of email and phone requests from travel desk officers and directly from individual travellers.
- Manage schedule changes, flight cancellations, re-issues, and refunds promptly and accurately.
- Proactively monitor PNRs (Passenger Name Records) for potential disruptions and provide alternative solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, visa requirements, and airport security procedures.
- Ensure the highest standard of data accuracy in all passenger records and documentation.
- Assist customers in planning all aspects of their corporate/leisure travel by helping them reach their destinations via the best routes at the lowest cost
- Collaborate with account managers to resolve any service or fulfilment issues.
- Achieve individual and team targets for accuracy, productivity, and quality service.
- Advise clients properly on all available options for competitive fares, best routes, airline rules, etc
- Good client Relationship management skills – Proper client follow-up with high client satisfaction scores
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 7 years of previous work experience in a similar role
