Ticketing and Reservation Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage international flight bookings and travel reservations for customers.
• Issue, re-issue, modify, and void airline tickets as required.
• Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and resolve booking issues.
• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to process reservations.
• Provide accurate flight, fare, and travel information to customers.
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer travel documentation.
• Handle ticket changes, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to resolve travel-related concerns.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in GDS platforms, including Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Proven experience issuing, re-issuing, and voiding airline tickets.
• Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and travel regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong record-keeping and administrative abilities.
• Ability to resolve customer travel issues efficiently and professionally.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
