Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of baked products.
- Monitor the baking process and adjust oven temperatures as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the baking equipment and work area.
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Location: Lekki.
Renumeration: NGN 100,000
