Job summary
We are hiring a proactive and experienced Accountant who will monitor and account for stock movements, inventory purchases, and prepare and manage financial records.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and account for inventory purchases, stock movements, and shrinkage.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable (suppliers) and receivable (credit customers, if applicable).
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for store operations.
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Support periodic stock counts and audits.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- 3-4 years experience as an Accountant, preferably in retail or supermarket operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting and retail financial processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
