Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop
test plans, test cases & test scripts from requirements and user stories
- Conduct manual
testing & implement automated test cases
- Identify,
document & track defects using a bug-tracking system
- Perform
regression testing to validate fixes & enhancements
- Assess
performance under load & stress conditions
- Set up,
maintain & manage test environments
- Ensure software
meets quality standards across the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with developers, product managers & business analysts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
- 2 years'
experience in software testing/QA
- Strong
knowledge of QA methodologies, tools & processes
- Experience with
test automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress)
- Familiarity
with Agile/Scrum
- Proficiency
with bug-tracking/test management tools (Jira, TestRail)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
