Job Description/Requirements
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Manage Sales agents.
- Conduct market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and recommend strategic actions.
- Supervise field sales agents and support their performance management.
- Track daily sales activities, route coverage, and retail penetration.
- Coordinate inventory planning, stock movement, and timely product replenishment.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, performance reviews, and market feedback for management.
- Support trade marketing initiatives, activations, and brand promotion within the territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high service quality across sales channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or field operations.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian retail and wholesale market structures.
- Proven experience managing sales agents or territory operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.High level of integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
