Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across all 6 geopolitical zones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in each zone.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques tailored to each zone.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities in different zones.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients across the zones.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to secure new business in various geopolitical areas.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and forecasts specific to each zone.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives that address the unique characteristics of each zone.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service across all zones.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions for each geopolitical zone.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics across diverse geographic areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multi-zone responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across all 6 geopolitical zones.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel frequently and attend client meetings across different zones.
- Ability to lift and carry sales materials and samples as needed.
