We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Territory Activation Specialist to support the development of brand activation strategies and lead its execution in the North. This role ensures that the brand’s presence is effectively experienced by delivering impactful consumer engagement across various marketing channels and events space with guidance from Category Leads
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in FMCG activations and product awareness drive
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with the Category Leads to translate annual brand plans into strategic and cuturally fit activation programs.
- Own the below the line Consumer Journey by ensuring brand activations contribute meaningfully to awareness, trial, brand love and conversion
- Coordinate consumer activation initiatives (product sampling and promotional campaigns) from planning to execution- Ensure proper setup, product display, and engagement during events with appropraite utilization of brand resources (Not limited to branded premiums)
- Represent the brand with confidence, warmth, and professionalism across activated locations, events and festivals
- Gather market intelligence to the brand teams to shape winning activation programs and cultrally-fit experiential initiatives.
- Manage relationships with activation agencies and traditional retail partners involved in brand activation to ensure high-quality execution and OTIF delivery of set targets
- Work closely with the Category leads and regional sales colleagues to align brand activation efforts with overall commercial strategies
- Track, analyze the regional performance of brand activations and prepare reports with actionable insights for management to measure effectiveness
- Identify strategic opportunities within the Northern territories for brand activations and promotions where PNG brands can gain strong visibility and adoption
- Improve brand visibility across relevant shopper channels in the North
Job Framework:
- Field-based role (majority of time spent outside office)
- 5 working days per week (flexibility required to work on Saturdays due to operational demands)
- Assigned region is NE (Based in Kano and willingness to travel across Northern teritories to lead below the line activations)
