Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and track tender opportunities from IOCs, NOCs, and other oil & gas clients.
- Coordinate end-to-end bid processes, including PQs, EOIs, technical/commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
- Manage e-tendering platforms such as NIPEX, NAPIMS, Ariba, SAP SRM, and Coupa while ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Maintain statutory, regulatory, and company documentation required for successful tender participation.
- Prepare tender reports, analyze bid performance, and collaborate with internal teams to improve win rates and secure contracts.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 6 years of previous experience in a similar role
