Tendering Manager
Job summary
We are looking for a commercially astute Tendering Manager to lead strategic bids, drive proposal excellence, and secure high-value opportunities across the Nigerian energy/oil and gas market.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end bid and tender management (EOI, PQQ, RFQ, RFP), ensuring compliant, timely submissions.
- Develop and execute winning bid strategies and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, finance) to deliver high-quality submissions.
- Drive pricing, cost analysis, and commercial positioning for competitive advantage.
- Manage submissions via NIPEX, ARIBA, and other e-procurement platforms.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client insights to improve win rates.
- Build strong relationships with IOCs, NNPC/NUIMS/NAPIMS, and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA/PMP is a plus).
- 5 – 10+ years’ experience in tendering, bid management, or commercial roles within oil & gas [recruitmenttrust.com].

- Strong understanding of contracting, pricing, and tendering frameworks.
