Position Summary
The Temporary Facilities & Program Support Assistant provides hands-on support for daily organizational operations at the Fort Worth and Arlington offices. This position assists departments with event setup and breakdown, transportation of donations and supplies, and other physical support tasks as needed. This is a temporary role designed to support operational and program needs without primary responsibility for facility management functions.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Operational & Event Support

• Assist with setup and breakdown for events, meetings, trainings, and office activities
• Help move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Support departments with organizational and operational requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and shared spaces
  

Transportation & Delivery Support

• Pick up and deliver food donations, program supplies, and office materials
• Transport items between Arlington and Fort Worth office locations
• Assist with scheduling donation pickups and supply deliveries
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
  

General Support Duties

• Assist staff with physical and logistical tasks as assigned
• Help maintain inventory of commonly used supplies and materials
• Follow organizational safety procedures and transportation guidelines
• Communicate timely updates regarding deliveries or operational needs
  

Requirements
Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Valid Texas driver’s license
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with deliveries, event support, warehouse assistance, or general labor is helpful but not required
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance preferred
