Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service.
- Verify customer identities and ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations.
- Detect and report suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues where necessary.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline.
- Maximum age of 30 years at the time of onboarding.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Bank Teller in a commercial bank.
- Strong knowledge of teller operations and banking procedures.
- Excellent numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core banking applications.What We Offer
