Telesales Officer
Job summary
The role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through proactive outbound and inbound interactions. The incumbent will promote and cross-sell products, convert prospects, and reactivate dormant customers while ensuring excellent customer experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal teams to improve conversion strategies, and consistently meeting defined sales, onboarding, and deposit targets.

·Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects, new users, inactive, and dormant customers.
- Cross-sell Vale products and promote new and existing offers to customers.
- Handle inbound enquiries and customer complaints from previously contacted users.
- Ensure consistent follow-up to drive customer savings, fixed deposits, and product usage.
- Maintain accurate daily call logs, customer feedback, and follow-up records.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve customer conversion and engagement.
- Suggest and implement strategies to improve phone-based sales performance.
- Maintain full and up-to-date knowledge of all Vale products and promotional offers.
- Achieve assigned sales, onboarding, activation, and reactivation targets.
- Refer a minimum of 10 customers monthly to Vale.
- Generate a minimum of ₦3,000,000 fixed deposit monthly.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
