We are seeking a highly persuasive, emotionally intelligent, and target-driven telesales & client engagement representative to manage inbound and outbound client communications, nurture qualified leads, and convert interest into successful real estate transactions. This role blends customer service excellence with structured sales follow-up.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:


Lead Follow-Up & Conversion (Core Responsibility):

  • Call and follow up via phone and WhatsApp on warm and hot leads generated from Instagram, WhatsApp broadcasts, Website inquiries and Ads and referrals
  • Nurture prospects through the full sales journey: ( Interest → Inspection → Commitment → Payment )
  • Ensure no qualified lead goes cold due to poor or inconsistent follow-up.


Customer Service & Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new client inquiries.
  • Respond promptly, politely, and professionally to: Phone calls, whatsApp messages, DMs redirected to the sales line.
  • Provide accurate information on property features and details, pricing and payment plans, ROI structures, and location advantages.
  • Escalate complex or technical inquiries to senior sales staff when necessary.


Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management:

  • Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, purpose (investment or residential), and location preference
  • Categorize leads as Cold, Warm, or Hot.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp labels
  • Track follow-up history and define next action steps clearly.

Sales Support & Closing Assistance:

  • Schedule and coordinate physical inspections and virtual tours
  • Conduct post-inspection follow-ups to drive decision-making.
  • Send reminders for payment deadlines, promotional offers, and price reviews
  • Support senior sales executives with documentation and follow-ups where required.


Reporting & Accountability:

  • Submit daily performance reports, including the number of leads contacted, conversations held, follow-ups completed, inspections booked, and sales closed or progressed
  • Maintain accurate call logs and adhere strictly to follow-up schedules.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Performance will be measured based on:
  • Lead response time (speed is critical)
  • Number of daily follow-ups completed
  • Conversion rate from warm lead to inspection
  • Conversion rate from inspection to payment
  • Client satisfaction and professionalism
  • Revenue contribution


Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Confident and professional phone etiquette; comfortable making and receiving frequent calls
  • Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple conversations without supervision
  • Persuasive yet respectful communication style (not aggressive or pushy)
  • Good emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to handle objections calmly
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance tracking
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Preferred but not mandatory:
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, real estate, or similar sales-driven roles
  • Basic familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, or Google Sheets
