Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Promote and sell company products and services over the phone
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
- Maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
- Handle customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary
- Update and maintain customer records and sales reports
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an HND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
