Telesales Officer

Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective and existing customers to promote generator rental, maintenance, and sales services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable power solutions.
• Convert inquiries into sales opportunities and support the sales process through to closure.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the business development team where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and submit regular sales activity and performance reports.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay informed about company products, services, pricing, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in telesales, sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to convert leads into customers.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily.
• Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Experience within power solutions, engineering, technical services, construction, energy, or related industries is an added advantage.

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000net monthly with accomodation

Work Style: Rotating shift (Monday- Sunday) 

8hrs on weekdays

12hrs on weekends 

1 day off weekly 

Overtime for extra hours for the weekend shift
