Job summary
We are hiring performance-driven Sales Executives for a COMMISSION-BASED earnings. The role involves daily resumption at the office, outbound sales calls, lead follow-ups, and deal closures under a Sales Engineer’s supervision. This position suits candidates comfortable with targets and results-driven sales.

Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound sales calls (cold calls and follow-ups
- Handle company-generated and self-sourced leads
- Work within a structured sales team under a Sales Engineer
- Book client meetings and site visits where required
- Present solar and energy solutions with technical support
- Prepare quotations and proposals with the technical team
- Negotiate and close sales
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed the monthly revenue target.
Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable):
- Up to 50 sales calls daily (cold + follow-ups)
- Weekly pipeline and activity reviews
- Monthly sales and revenue targets
- Strong follow-up discipline
Compensation (Clearly Stated):
- Base Monthly Allowance: ₦100,000
- Commission: Calculated on every closed sale (Earning Potential - 400,000 to N800,000 monthly)
- Earnings: Directly tied to performance
- Performance Review: Monthly - Consistent failure to meet targets can lead to replacemen
Requirements:
- Sales or telesales experience (B2B or B2C)
- Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
- Clear communication and persuasion skills
- Willingness to learn basic solar and electrical concepts
- Experience using CRM tools
- Self-driven and target-focused
- Ability to commute daily to Lekki and environs
- Minimum qualification: OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree
- Solar, electrical, construction, or technical sales experience is an advantage
