Job Summary
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for initiating and managing phone-based sales conversations with both new and existing clients. You will handle inbound inquiries, follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, and close deals for flight tickets, tours, and travel-related services. You’ll serve as a key link between Travex Travels and our customers ensuring every caller receives accurate information, quick responses, and a friendly, solution-oriented experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to flight bookings, visa services, and tour inquiries.
- Convert leads generated from ads, email marketing, and social media into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with potential customers who abandoned cart or didn’t complete online purchases.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for flight and tour bookings.
- Provide travel-related information (flight schedules, ticket pricing, destination advice, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure smooth lead management.
- Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, visa assistance, and tour packages.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service experience and marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or travel agency sales (preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English (bonus if fluent in multiple Nigerian languages).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Familiarity with booking platforms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly + Bonuses
