Responsibilities:
Telesales & Revenue Generation:
- Proactively reach out to schools, educational institutions, and partners via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Present and sell media, advertising, and directory listing opportunities
- Convert leads into paying clients and achieve sales targets
- Follow up consistently to close deals and maintain pipeline momentum
Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Identify and generate new leads within the education sector
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Research schools, nurseries, and universities for outreach opportunities
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for existing and prospective clients
- Handle inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Administrative & Reporting:
- Track leads, sales activities, and performance using CRM or spreadsheets
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, conversions, and revenue
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in telesales, customer service, or business development
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging decision-makers
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Sales and negotiation skills

Nice-to-Have:

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 (Gross), (Up to NGN 300,000 for highly experienced candidates)
