Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Telesales & Revenue Generation:

  • Proactively reach out to schools, educational institutions, and partners via calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Present and sell media, advertising, and directory listing opportunities
  • Convert leads into paying clients and achieve sales targets
  • Follow up consistently to close deals and maintain pipeline momentum


Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Identify and generate new leads within the education sector
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Research schools, nurseries, and universities for outreach opportunities


Customer Service & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a point of contact for existing and prospective clients
  • Handle inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals


Administrative & Reporting:

  • Track leads, sales activities, and performance using CRM or spreadsheets
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline, conversions, and revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in telesales, customer service, or business development
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging decision-makers
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Lead generation and prospecting
  • Customer relationship management
  • Confidence and resilience
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
  • Results-oriented mindset


Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience selling media, advertising, or B2B services
  • Familiarity with the education sector (schools, universities, etc.)

RemunerationNGN 200,000 – 250,000 (Gross), (Up to NGN 300,000 for highly experienced candidates)
