Job summary

We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive to drive sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, presenting products/services, and converting leads into paying clients. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to meet and exceed sales

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
  • Present and promote company products/services over the phone
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Close sales and achieve set revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales roles
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Prior experience working with targets and KPIs
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively
