Premium Hr Solution Limited is seeking to hire Telesales Agents for a reputable organization in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales through outbound and inbound calls, engaging prospective customers, and promoting the organization’s products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree (NYSC completed).
- Age: 28 years and below.
- Proven experience in telesales, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
Performance Note:
- Continued engagement is subject to measurable performance and management discretion.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 monthly for a fixed-term period of 3 months (renewable based on performance and management’s discretion).
