Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Telemarketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, responding to customer inquiries, and providing top-notch customer support. You will collaborate with sales teams to meet sales targets, build relationships with prospective customers, and contribute to achieving overall business objectives. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring a positive customer experience at every step.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with a demonstrated ability to identify and engage potential clients
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking abilities
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
• Prior experience in telemarketing or a related field is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
