Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and lead lists.
- Introduce and promote the company's products, services, and offers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and site inspections for prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues where necessary.
- Update customer information in the company's CRM or database.
- Prepare periodic reports on call activities and lead conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
