Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer based in Port-Harcourt. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through phone calls to promote the company's real estate services, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and identifying potential sales opportunities. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are integral to building and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with clients and effectively convey information.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Appointment Scheduling to manage client inquiries and coordinate schedules efficiently.
• Sales skills to identify and convert potential prospects into clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or real estate is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
