Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven and energetic Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective clients through outbound calls, promoting company products and services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities;
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and site inspections.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain client relationships.
- Update customer records and call activities in the CRM/database.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Prepare reports on lead generation and conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven with strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Remuneration: NGN120,000 – 150,000 (Plus Commission)
Location: Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos
