Job Summary
To manage the organization's technology systems and digital platforms supporting scholarship application, selection, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and manage dashboards, reports, and visualisations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics on the scholarship portal (applications, tracking)
- Provide technology support for MEL systems without owning analytical design or evaluation methodology
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for decision-making
- Support MEL systems and data management
- Drive automation of workflows and processes
- Ensure system security, reliability, and data integrity
- Provide user support and resolve technical issue
- Manage IT vendors and service providers
- Perform other duties as assigned by the program director, the Management and Advisory Board
Key Requirements
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ IT experience, with at least 3 years at a managerial level.
