Job summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Staff to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot product issues, and support customers with electrical and lighting solutions.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and the sales team.
- Diagnose and resolve product-related issues.
- Assist with product installations and demonstrations.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain technical documentation and service reports.
- Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs.
- Minimum of an OND in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant technical support experience.
- Knowledge of electrical and lighting products.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Remuneration: NGN180,000/month
