Job summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Staff to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot product issues, and support customers with electrical and lighting solutions.

Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and the sales team.
  • Diagnose and resolve product-related issues.
  • Assist with product installations and demonstrations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain technical documentation and service reports.
  • Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of an OND in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Knowledge of electrical and lighting products.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.


Remuneration: NGN180,000/month


Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
