Responsibilities:

- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, installers and business partners throughout the entire product lifecycle.

- Perform field installations, system tests and on-site troubleshooting to identify and resolve operational problems.

- Handle and process customer complaints; coordinate solutions and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

- Organize and manage spare parts, after-sales documentation, customer records and service data.

- Conduct field testing, collect performance information and report findings to internal teams for continuous improvement.

- Deliver after-sales technical training for dealers, installers and service partners on installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation or related fields.

- Experience in energy storage, PV, inverter or electrical engineering is preferred.

- Strong technical understanding and hands-on capability for installation and troubleshooting.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to support both business customers and end users. Customer-oriented mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

- English required; additional languages are an advantage.
