Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers in-store and online (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc)
- Explain laptop features clearly to different types of buyers
- Boost and promote Sales
- Follow up with leads and support customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software is a must
- Must be able to troubleshoot and repair laptop hardware faults as an after-sales service to customers
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Living near Challenge Area is an advantage
