Role Description
This is an hybrid role for a Technical Sales Manager.
Location: Lagos
The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for:
*Driving sales activities, developing and maintaining client accounts, and delivering technical support to customers.
*Managing relationships with clients; understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions from the product and service portfolio.
Successful candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales, with a proven ability to identify client needs and close deals effectively.
- Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge and experience in providing Technical Support for relevant products or services are essential.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and team members effectively.
- Experience in industrial solutions sales or related fields would be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic business environment.
