Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and related technical services.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely service execution.
- Manage work orders, service reports, and maintenance documentation.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with operations teams to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
- HND/bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in technical sales, maintenance services, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including generators, HVAC, and power systems.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
