About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored technical solutions. You will act as the link between clients and the technical team while ensuring successful sales execution. The role involves understanding client needs, developing tailored proposals, and closing sales while maintaining strong relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.


Job Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities

· Generate leads through outreach, networking, and market research

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

· Present technical solutions and proposals to clients

· Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing

· Collaborate with technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions

· Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals

· Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction

· Increased market penetration and client base

· Achievement of revenue targets

· Achieve strong client satisfaction and repeat business

· Effective pipeline management and reporting


Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business-related field

· Minimum of 4 years sales experience (2+ years in engineering/technical sales)

· Strong communication and relationship management skills

· Ability to simplify technical concepts for clients

· Solid problem-solving and negotiation skills

· Team player with a results-driven mindset
