Our client, a key player in the Processing, packaging, and manufacturing industry, is urgently looking for a result-orientated technical sales engineer who will be responsible for driving sales growth by providing technical expertise, product knowledge, and tailored solutions to clients within the processing, packaging, and manufacturing

Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within processing, packaging, and manufacturing industries.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical pitches tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and RFQ responses.
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share for the organization’s product portfolio.
Technical Support & Advisory:
- Provide expert technical guidance on machinery, equipment, and industrial solutions offered by the company.
- Assess client requirements and recommend suitable products, configurations, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate technical documentation and customized solutions.
- Resolve technical inquiries and provide troubleshooting support to clients when required.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Plan and conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and after-sales engagements.
- Gather customer feedback to support product improvement and innovation efforts.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, pricing strategies, and technological advancements.
- Provide periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline status, client activities, and market intelligence.
- Offer insights and recommendations to management regarding new market opportunities and product positioning.
Coordination & Collaboration:
- Work closely with installation, service, and engineering teams to deliver seamless project execution.
- Support marketing teams with technical content for brochures, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and engage prospects.
- A minimum of an HND in a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
