Role Description This is a full-time, remote Technical Recruiter role. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process for technical positions, including role intake with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing targeted sourcing strategies, maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interview schedules, and providing a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, advising on market trends, and supporting data-informed hiring decisions. The Technical Recruiter will also help refine recruiting processes, use recruiting tools and platforms effectively, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
  • Proficiency in technical recruiting and hiring for roles such as software engineers, web developers, and other IT professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear written communication, active listening, and professional stakeholder management.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networks, and job boards to build and manage talent pipelines.
  • Ability to assess technical resumes for fit, collaborate with technical teams, and understand core software and IT concepts.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
  • Previous experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition; experience in an IT or technology services company is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
