Product Manager
Job summary
As the Technical Product Manager, you will be the primary bridge between our business objectives and our engineering execution. You will sit at the center of the product lifecycle—translating high-level stakeholder requirements into granular technical specifications, managing the development roadmap, and ensuring our engineering team delivers

- Define, maintain, and drive the product roadmap across multiple applications.
- Prioritize the backlog based on business value, technical necessity, and resource availability.
Technical Requirements:
- Translate vague business requests into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), technical user stories, and functional specs that developers can execute without ambiguity.
Engineering Orchestration:
- Manage the daily operations of the development team. Lead sprint planning, grooming sessions, and daily stand-ups to ensure the team remains unblocked.
Quality & Deliverable Review:
- Review developer outputs against technical requirements.
- Ensure that all features meet the "Definition of Done" and align with the intended user experience and architectural standards.
Stakeholder Liaison:
- Serve as the technical point of contact for leadership.
- Communicate technical constraints, project timelines, and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously improve the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) at Babelos, implementing best practices for documentation, testing, and deployment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Systems Analysis, or Engineering Leadership, preferably across diverse sectors (e.g., FinTech, SaaS, or Mobile Apps).
- A strong background in Computer Science or Software Engineering. You must be comfortable discussing API integrations, database schema design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Agile Expertise: Expert proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, GitHub, or Asana).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down massive, complex projects into small, manageable technical milestones.
- Versatility: Proven ability to jump between different product types—from financial transaction logic to complex data-driven applications—without losing focus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize technical jargon into actionable business insights for the executive team.
