Technical Product Manager
Job summary
The Technical Product Manager (Business Banking) owns the digital product roadmap for the business platforms, corporate digital wallets, and SME-facing web/mobile web applications. This role acts as the functional interface between commercial strategy and engineering squads to translate business workflows into reliable software features.

Responsibilities
- Roadmap Definition: Create, prioritize, and communicate the functional product strategy and development sprints for business banking portals.
- PRD Documentation: Write highly descriptive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), API integration schema requests, and development user stories.
- Backlog Management: Lead daily engineering stand-ups, prioritize development backlogs, and actively unblock technical or architectural dependencies.
- Integration Governance: Architect platform connectivity with core banking systems, third-party payment rails, credit bureaus, and identity verification services.
- Product Diagnostics: Utilize data tracking platforms to diagnose drop-off funnels, user friction patterns, and payment settlement errors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an analytical financial discipline.
- Minimum of 4–7 years in product management, with a minimum of 2 years spent building technical B2B digital banking channels, open APIs, or corporate wallets.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, cloud infrastructure, database queries (SQL), microservices architectures, and Scrum tools (Jira/Confluence).
