Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Product Manager in Banking and Payments at WayaBank....Location is Lekki phase1 Lagos. Twice a week in the office while the rest from home. The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of banking and payment products, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, defining product features and requirements, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and customer-centric solutions. While the position is based in Lekki, it offers flexibility for remote work.

2 days a week in the office, while 3 days remote

Qualifications

• Product Management, Banking, and Payment Processing skills
• Solid Technical experience in software development and architectural design
• Experience in defining product strategies and requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
