Job Summary
We are a growing international tech company building AI and SaaS platforms. We need a reliable and detail-oriented Technical Operations Assistant to support our development and operations teams. You will handle day-to-day technical coordination, manage accounts, access permissions, ensure smooth running of our development environments.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain access permissions across AWS, GitHub, Jira, and other platforms.
- Create and update IAM roles, policies, and user credentials (under supervision).
- Support developers by resolving access and configuration issues.
- Monitor system activities, update documentation, and maintain environment records.
- Handle deployment support tasks (ECS, ECR, CI/CD pipelines, SSL certificates, etc.).
- Coordinate between the tech team and management to close blockers quickly.
- Follow strict security and confidentiality standards for all technical systems.
- Maintain logs and weekly reports of all technical actions taken.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in DevOps support, cloud administration, or technical coordination.
- Basic understanding of AWS (IAM, ECS, ECR, S3, CloudFormation).
- Working knowledge of GitHub (repositories, permissions, Actions).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation habits.
- Ability to communicate clearly with developers and non-technical managers.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to confidentiality and security compliance.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project-tracking tools.
- Basic scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Experience using Microsoft 365 or SharePoint for documentation.
- Prior remote work experience supporting an international team.
