Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation and maintenance of solar energy systems
- Supervise technical teams across project sites
- Conduct system inspections and troubleshooting
- Ensure all installations meet safety and technical standards
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation
- Liaise with clients on technical requirements and solutions
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in solar energy systems (installation/management)
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and inverters
- Experience managing technical teams
- Ability to work across multiple locations
