Hiring: Technical Lead (Engineering Lead – 25th Suite) | Victoria Island, Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary: 300 - 420K + performance bonus
Reports To: CTO

We’re hiring a Technical Lead to own engineering execution across the 25th Suite (Direct, AI Recruiter, Console). This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building scalable, high-performance products with speed and precision.
What you’ll do:
• Lead and manage a high-performance engineering team
• Own system architecture, technical standards, and code quality
• Build and ship scalable SaaS products end-to-end
• Write, review, and optimize code across the stack
• Ensure rigorous testing and on-time, high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with leadership to translate vision into technical solutions
• Leverage AI tools to improve development speed and output
Who we’re looking for:
• Strong hands-on experience with modern full-stack development
• Proven track record building scalable SaaS platforms
• Solid expertise in system design and architecture
• Experience leading engineering teams
• Ability to execute quickly with high accuracy
